Compliance Support – Pharmaceutical Industry

Introduction
At Nalys, we partner with leading pharmaceutical organizations to support their most critical operations. We are currently looking for a Compliance Support Consultant to reinforce one of our partners’ manufacturing teams near Brussels.
In this role, you will contribute directly to ensuring high compliance standards within a fast‑paced production environment — ideal for someone with a scientific background and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
As Compliance Support, your mission is to strengthen day‑to‑day quality and compliance activities within a sterile or highly regulated manufacturing setting. Your responsibilities may include:
Core Activities
- Managing and documenting deviations related to production activities
- Gathering and analysing shop‑floor information to support investigations
- Performing root cause analyses and defining appropriate corrective actions
- Writing clear, structured, and compliant documentation
- Helping reduce deviation backlog and supporting workload peaks
Additional Activities (depending on profile & priorities)
- Updating or creating SOPs, work instructions, and forms
- Supporting transversal compliance or operational improvement projects
- Contributing to audit preparation (no audit defense required)
You will collaborate closely with production teams, QA, QC, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow and timely resolution of compliance topics.
Profile & Requirements
- You hold a University degree in a scientific or technical field (biology, chemistry, biotechnology, pharmacy…)
- You have a first experience in a pharmaceutical GMP environment
- And a prior exposure to deviation or quality documentation management
- You enjoy analytical, synthesis and technical writing
- You are fluent in French and able to work with basic English documentation
- Experience with sterile manufacturing, injectables, or visual inspection in a plus
- You are proactive, detail‑oriented professional with a scientific mindset
- And comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders
- Able to navigate workload fluctuations and manage priorities.
